Mild Acne

It appears you most likely have mild acne, which can display a mixture of comedones (blackheads and whiteheads) and scattered papules and pustules. This type of acne will not usually result in scarring.

Treatments

A likely treatment will be a combination of a topical (a cream or lotion applied to the skin) retinoid with benzoyl peroxide and/or a topical antibiotic. These will need to be applied to all the affected skin, not just the 'spots'.
